    How to arrive to Saona Boats?
    Very easy! We are located in the Nàutic Vell, in Sant Feliu de Guíxols. We have all our boats moored here and a small office where we will be delighted to welcome you.
    Where can I park my car?
    Right in front of the Nàutic Vell, where we have the office and the boats, there is a large payment parking area. It is only paid from June 15 to September 15, and has a cost of 2.80€ for 4 hours.

    But the ideal thing is that you park in one of the free car parks that are very close.

    Can I rent a boat if I don't have a license?
    Yes! We have two boats that can be taken without the need to have a license.

    In Spain, boats up to 5m in length and with a maximum power of 15hp are allowed to be carried without a license.

    At Saona Boats we have the Voraz 450. A large and very safe boat that you can pilot without a title. We will explain perfectly how it works.

    At what time can I rent the boat?
    The boats can be rented for 4 or 8 hours.

    The schedule for 8 hours is free to be chosen by the client. You can choose to start at any time you want.

    For rentals of 4 hours they are morning or afternoon. For example, in the morning it is usually from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. And in the afternoon from 3pm to 7pm. But we also adapt to your preferences.

    For boats without a license, the Voraz 450, we also offer the possibility of renting it for only 2 hours.

    How can I book a boat?
    The months of July and August are usually high demand and it is advisable to book in advance if you want to have the boat.

    For the rest of the year it is also preferable to reserve.

    To formalize the reservation you must make a payment of 50% of the total amount by bank transfer to the account that we will indicate when booking.

    What if I have a reservation and the weather is bad on the rental day?
    Don't worry. Due to adverse weather conditions, reservations can be canceled and we will refund your money.
    What time do I have to be at Saona Boats?
    Ideally, you should be in our office 15 minutes before the rental time.

    So we prepare the contract, we explain how the boat works and you can leave port at time.

    What does the rental price include?
    The price includes the boat rental for the agreed hours, insurance, use of the Nàutic Vell facilities and VAT.

    For boats without a license it also includes fuel.

    How far can I navigate?
    The rental only has an hourly limitation for the hours contracted and for the distance that each boat can move away from the coast (2 or 5 miles).

    You can go wherever you want within the agreed time.

    Leaving Sant Feliu de Guíxols you can go south or north.

    Towards the south you immediately reach Tossa de Mar. The stretch of coast between Tossa and Sant Feliu de Guíxols being one of the most beautiful on the Costa Brava.

    To the north is S'Agaró, Platja d'Aro and further north Palamós.

    I have rented a boat, what do I have to bring?
    This is already a personal matter, but if there are a series of essential utensils for a day of sailing:

    - Sunscreen
    - Drinks / Food
    - Sunglasses
    - Towels
    - Swimsuit

    How do I pay for the fuel I spend during the rental?
    Boats without a license already include fuel in the rental price.

    But for boats that require certification, the customer is responsible for the cost of fuel.

    To do this, the boat is always picked up with a full fuel tank.

    And on the way back, we go through the gas station, the tank is refilled and the customer pays for the fuel.

    What kind of accessories can I rent with the boat?
    We put at your disposal a series of extra accessories that will make your sailing day more fun.

    You can rent a Jobe brand water ski equipment for € 35 / day.

    Or a wakeboard of the same brand for € 35 / day.

    For the little ones and the not so little you can rent a donut for € 20 / day.

    These accessories can only be taken with licensed boats, since those without a license do not have enough power to use them.

    You can also rent a snorkeling equipment from the CressiSub brand for 5€ / day.

    Can I use the donut on boats without a license?
    No. The boats without license don't have the necessary power to drag the donut, the large boats must be used, with plenty of power to drag it and enjoy it.
    I do not have a license. Can I rent a big boat?
    Yes, but you must hire a skipper. We offer skipper services for 100€ 4 hours or 150€ 8 hours.
    Are pets allowed on board the boats?
    Yes! We love animals. Your pet will be welcome.
